Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update filing systems (both paper and electronic) for contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and personnel records.
- Prepare routine reports for senior management, including sales summaries, inventory status, and operational performance metrics.
- Assist the sales department by processing orders, generating quotations, and following up on delivery schedules.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place procurement orders, and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best terms.
- Support human‑resource activities such as onboarding new staff, scheduling training sessions, and maintaining attendance records.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional and courteous service.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards in all administrative processes.

Requirements

- Minimum educational attainment: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Age: up to 30 years old (maximum).
