Responsibilities

- Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper table etiquette and adhering to hygiene standards.
- Monitor table conditions, clear used dishes, and reset tables for the next guests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service flow.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and issue receipts with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including polishing silverware, polishing tables, and restocking service items.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve minor issues on the spot, and escalate more complex concerns to a supervisor.
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.
- Uphold the café’s brand image by presenting a neat, professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
