Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic Barista Profesional Penyaji Minuman Kopi dan Teh to join our dynamic mobile coffee team in Bogor Barat and surrounding areas. As a mobile barista, you will bring freshly brewed coffee, expertly crafted tea, and delightful snack options directly to customers at various locations, creating memorable experiences while representing our brand with professionalism and passion.
Responsibilities
- Collect daily inventory of coffee beans, tea leaves, syrups, milk, and other ingredients from the central production house.
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages using pre‑measured recipes, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation standards.
- Operate a mobile coffee cart or motorcycle‑mounted kiosk, setting up at designated high‑traffic spots during scheduled time windows.
- Engage customers with friendly conversation, explain menu items, and recommend products based on preferences.
- Handle cash transactions, process mobile payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including washing cups, utensils, and equipment after each shift.
- Track daily sales, record inventory usage, and submit concise reports to the operations manager.
- Plan efficient routes, manage fuel consumption, and ensure the motorcycle is serviced regularly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations while on the road.
- Collaborate with the production staff to provide feedback on popular items and suggest new menu innovations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; all education levels are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders (original posting noted “pria” but we welcome diversity).
- Age: Must be 40 years old or younger.
- Own a valid motorcycle with a clean driving record; a driver’s license is required.
- Residency in Bogor Barat or nearby neighborhoods.
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Basic math ability for cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads of inventory.
