Responsibilities

  • Actively offer and explain Home Credit payment solutions to customers visiting the store, ensuring they understand the benefits, terms, and eligibility criteria.
  • Utilize personal smartphone and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to create engaging posts, stories, and short videos that showcase HCI financing products, driving foot traffic and online inquiries.
  • Guide customers step‑by‑step through the application and approval process, collecting required documents, entering data into the HCI system, and following up on pending approvals.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming sales floor, ensuring promotional materials, brochures, and digital displays are up‑to‑date and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with store managers and fellow sales staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, reporting performance metrics to regional supervisors.
  • Provide post‑sale support, answering customer questions about repayment schedules, installment options, and any issues that arise during the loan term.
  • Stay informed about HCI product updates, competitor financing offers, and market trends in the Sragen region to adapt selling strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and product knowledge workshops to continuously improve selling techniques and compliance awareness.

Requirements

  • Age between 18 and 35 years, male or female.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school diploma).
  • Either a fresh graduate or with at least 0‑1 year of sales experience—experience in retail or financial services is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and strong personal hygiene; a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ownership of an Android smartphone with internet access for social‑media promotion.
  • Basic computer literacy, especially familiarity with Microsoft Office and HCI’s internal sales software.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities (e.g., English or local dialects) are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical mindset to assess customer needs, match them with appropriate financing solutions, and track sales performance.
  • Ability to work independently during fixed hours (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday) without shift rotation.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to responsible lending practices.
