Responsibilities

- Conceptualize, produce, and edit high‑quality photos and short‑form videos using Canva, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
- Write compelling blog posts, social captions, and micro‑copy that are SEO‑friendly and reflect the brand’s tone.
- Manage day‑to‑day community interaction on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, responding to comments and messages in a timely, authentic manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all channels.
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, click‑throughs, conversion) and generate monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging content formats to keep the brand’s presence fresh and competitive.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, mentor junior creators, and provide feedback to continuously elevate the quality of output.
- Ensure all content complies with legal, copyright, and brand guidelines before publication.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 25 years old (both male and female applicants welcomed; female candidates are not required to wear a hijab).
- Proven ability to produce polished visual assets; strong portfolio showcasing photo and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar graphic‑design and video‑editing software.
- Deep understanding of major social platforms—TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook—including algorithmic nuances and best‑practice posting schedules.
- Excellent written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- Creative mindset with a problem‑solving attitude; ability to generate fresh ideas under tight deadlines.
