Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Professional Cook to join our fast‑paced commercial kitchen operation. This role is integral to delivering high‑quality, consistent meals for our diverse clientele, ranging from corporate catering contracts to large‑scale event services. Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and industrial food processors safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct daily stock checks, and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature monitoring.
- Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to develop new dishes, adapt menus for special dietary requirements, and improve workflow.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques, sanitation practices, and proper equipment use.
- Ensure the kitchen area remains clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout each shift.
- Participate in regular health and safety briefings, and complete all required documentation, such as daily production logs and waste reports.
- Adapt quickly to peak periods, handling high volumes without compromising quality or speed.
Requirements
- Male applicant, Muslim, capable of observing the five daily prayers.
- Maximum age of 50 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a commercial kitchen or similar food‑service environment.
- Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and follow standardized recipes.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, HACCP principles, and workplace safety.
- Excellent time‑management and ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude toward team members.

- Copy of Identity Card (KTP)
- Copy of Family Card (Kartu Keluarga)
- Copy of latest diploma or certificate
