Responsibilities

  • Prepare and blend the signature seblak dishes and accompanying beverages according to the brand’s quality standards.
  • Serve customers with a courteous, efficient, and professional attitude, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, preparation areas, and dining outlet in compliance with health regulations.
  • Process and manage orders for dine‑in, take‑away, and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate closely with fellow kitchen staff and floor team members to streamline workflow and minimize service delays.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, report shortages, and assist in restocking when necessary.
  • Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment checks, cash handling, and end‑of‑day reports.
  • Contribute ideas for menu improvements, promotional events, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of any age and gender.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates or individuals seeking their first role in F&B are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic cooking skills, especially the ability to prepare seblak and related dishes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work the scheduled shift of 13:00 – 22:00, with flexibility for occasional weekend or holiday coverage.
