Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality creambath, shampoo, conditioning, and wash & blow services tailored to each client’s hair type and preferences.
- Execute a variety of haircuts ranging from classic trims to contemporary styles, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Provide personalized consultations, offering styling advice, product recommendations, and maintenance tips.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to strict sanitation protocols, including tool sterilization and salon hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory of hair care products, placing orders when supplies run low and ensuring displays are well‑stocked and attractive.
- Collaborate with fellow stylists and front‑desk staff to create a seamless client experience, from booking to checkout.
- Stay current with industry trends, attending workshops, webinars, or training sessions to continuously improve technical skills.
- Uphold the salon’s brand image by presenting a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and feedback that help improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- At least 0 years of professional experience; recent graduates with strong practical training are welcome.
- Proven ability to perform creambath, wash & blow, and precise hair cutting techniques.
- Excellent personal appearance, friendly demeanor, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
