Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate service to every customer, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Prepare a full range of menu items—including hot meals, snacks, and beverages—according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash transactions, and generate daily sales reports for management review.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe outlet by performing routine cleaning tasks, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food‑handling regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels, receiving deliveries, and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with teammates during shift changes, share workload during peak periods, and support overtime or weekend schedules as needed.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns quickly, escalating to supervisors when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, safety protocols, and service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SMP acceptable for entry‑level candidates).
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or similar food‑service environment.
- Age range: 20‑30 years, with a willingness to work flexible shifts and occasional overtime.
- Resides in or near Gunung Putri, Cagak, Kranggan, Citereup, or surrounding areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills: honest, hardworking, responsible, and able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
- Ability to operate a cash register, handle basic accounting tasks, and generate daily reports.
- Proficiency in basic cooking techniques and food preparation, with a focus on consistency and hygiene.
- Commitment to religious observance (Muslim/Muslimah) and respect for the cultural values of the community.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads during busy service hours.
