Introduction

The Admin Bisnis Channeling position is based in Purwodadi, Central Java, and plays a crucial role in supporting the Business Channeling team of our financial services organization. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between incoming business channel orders and our internal credit processing units, ensuring that every client request is accurately captured, validated, and progressed through the credit approval workflow. This role offers a dynamic environment where attention to detail, strong computer proficiency, and excellent interpersonal communication are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and acknowledge all incoming orders generated through Business Channeling sources, such as web portals, partner platforms, and direct referrals.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain comprehensive consumer data and financing object details within the company’s core systems, guaranteeing data integrity and completeness.
  • Accurately input order information into the company’s web-based order management system, adhering to established data entry standards.
  • Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) or consumer grading results, and process them according to internal credit policies.
  • Communicate credit decisions promptly to applicants, providing clear explanations of approval status, required documentation, or next steps.
  • Generate and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) for field verification of collateral or property information.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales and Home Credit (SHC) team to track the status of active consumer orders and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain regular liaison with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, compliance, and IT support, to streamline order flow and troubleshoot system discrepancies.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports summarizing order volumes, processing times, and key performance indicators for management review.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to order handling procedures and system functionalities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
  • Proficient computer skills with solid experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic familiarity with web-based order entry platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidential client information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Basic understanding of credit monitoring, loan processing, and risk assessment concepts.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
