Responsibilities
- Menyusun Modul Ajar: Design comprehensive lesson plans and teaching modules that cover computational thinking, algorithms, data structures, and digital ethics, ensuring alignment with national curriculum standards.
- Pengajaran Teori & Praktik: Conduct engaging classroom lectures and supervise hands‑on laboratory sessions, guiding students through coding exercises, hardware assembly, and problem‑solving activities.
- Edukasi Literasi Digital: Teach responsible internet usage, data privacy, cybersecurity basics, and the social impact of technology, empowering students to navigate the digital world safely.
- Evaluasi Kompetensi: Develop and grade projects, quizzes, and practical examinations, providing constructive feedback that supports continuous student improvement.
- Manajemen Lab: Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and inventory of computer hardware, networking equipment, and software licenses within the school’s ICT lab.
- Pembimbingan Teknis: Coach students for technology‑focused competitions such as robotics, coding hackathons, and other extracurricular clubs, fostering teamwork and innovation.
- Pengembangan Profesional: Stay current with emerging trends in AI, cybersecurity, and educational technology, and integrate relevant topics into the curriculum.
- Kolaborasi Lintas Departemen: Work closely with other teachers, curriculum developers, and administrative staff to create interdisciplinary projects that link ICT with subjects like mathematics and science.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Male candidates (as specified by the institution’s current policy).
- No minimum years of experience required; fresh graduates with strong foundational knowledge are welcome.
- Proficiency in productivity applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Fundamental programming skills, preferably with visual languages (e.g., Scratch) and introductory text‑based languages.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and software installation procedures.
- Demonstrated pedagogical competence, including classroom management and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for middle‑school learners.
- Adaptability to incorporate the latest technology trends (AI, cyber security, cloud services) into teaching practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentorship abilities.
- Commitment to work Monday‑Friday, 06:30 – 13:35.
