Introduction
We are seeking dedicated Motorcycle Couriers (Mitra Kurir Motor) to join our fast‑growing logistics network in Kulon Progo. As a key member of our last‑mile delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that parcels are collected from senders and delivered safely and on time to recipients across a defined service area. Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from merchants, warehouses, or individual senders according to assigned routes.
- Deliver packages to customers, obtaining signatures or proof of delivery when required.
- Use the company’s mobile application to receive orders, update delivery status, and report any issues in real time.
- Navigate efficiently using Google Maps or other navigation tools, adapting to traffic conditions and road closures.
- Inspect the condition of each parcel, report damages, and ensure proper handling of fragile or high‑value items.
- Maintain a clean and road‑worthy motorcycle, keeping registration, insurance, and tax documents current (minimum three months remaining at the time of registration).
- Communicate professionally with customers, addressing questions or concerns and providing a positive delivery experience.
- Submit daily activity reports, mileage logs, and any incident documentation to the operations supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, wear required protective gear, and follow local traffic regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years (maximum 50 years).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and active motorcycle registration (STNK) and tax (minimum three months validity).
- Own a reliable motorcycle suitable for daily delivery operations.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM and Android 10.0 – 16.0 installed.
- Proficient in reading maps and using navigation apps such as Google Maps.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with placement aligned to the candidate’s domicile.
- Strong time‑management, reliability, and customer‑service orientation.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian; ability to understand delivery instructions and communicate clearly.
