This pivotal role ensures the smooth flow of goods from the moment they leave the warehouse until they are delivered to the final customer. The successful candidate will work on a rotating shift schedule, coordinating courier pick‑ups, supervising inbound and outbound movements, and optimizing delivery zones to meet the company’s high standards of speed and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily schedules for courier pick‑up and drop‑off activities, ensuring coverage across all zones.
- Supervise the end‑to‑end shipping process, from order receipt to final delivery, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze shipment data to define and adjust delivery zones, improving route efficiency and reducing fuel costs.
- Monitor inbound and outbound goods, coordinating closely with 3PL partners and internal couriers to prevent bottlenecks.
- Oversee sorting operations, ensuring items are correctly classified, labeled, and staged for dispatch.
- Conduct regular safety and compliance checks within the warehouse, reinforcing SPX Express’s zero‑incident policy.
- Train and mentor junior staff and temporary workers on standard operating procedures, proper handling of goods, and use of warehouse management systems.
- Generate performance reports on key metrics such as on‑time delivery, pick‑rate, and error rates, presenting insights to senior management.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, recommending process changes that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, addressing any delivery exceptions or concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- 1‑2 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of warehousing processes, inventory control, and last‑mile delivery workflows.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic familiarity with warehouse management software.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including conflict resolution and team motivation.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and willingness to be based in Katingan Tengah or Katingan Hilir.
