We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist Front Office to become the first point of contact for our company’s visitors, clients, and partners. This role is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing the flow of information, and supporting daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal communication abilities, basic computer proficiency, and a polished, service‑oriented demeanor. The position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a stable schedule in a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests, clients, and suppliers with a courteous and professional attitude, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls using a multi‑line phone system, ensuring messages are accurately recorded and delivered.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy, organized, and stocked with promotional materials, visitor logs, and necessary supplies.
  • Manage the daily visitor registration process, issue visitor badges, and monitor access control systems to ensure security compliance.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms, including handling reservations, setting up equipment, and preparing refreshments when required.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new employees by preparing workstations, distributing welcome packets, and guiding them through the first‑day procedures.
  • Support senior administrative staff with ad‑hoc projects, report generation, and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, deliveries, and any incidents that occur at the front desk.
  • Provide general information about the company’s services, policies, and facilities to external visitors and callers.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; undergraduates are also welcome to apply.
