Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from the Lion Parcel hub located at Jl. Klampis Semolo Barat No. 54, Surabaya, and verify shipment details against delivery orders.
- Plan daily routes using Google Maps or similar navigation apps to maximize efficiency and meet the promised delivery windows.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across the assigned regional zone, obtaining recipient signatures or electronic confirmations when required.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and any delivery exceptions (e.g., customer not home, address issues) in the company’s mobile system.
- Communicate promptly with dispatch and customers via WhatsApp to report delays, provide status updates, or resolve delivery issues.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the personal motorcycle (fuel, tire pressure, brakes) to ensure safe operation.
- Handle cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions securely, following Lion Parcel’s cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies, including the use of protective gear.
- Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on new services, technology tools, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.

- Possession of a valid SIM C driving license.
- Basic proficiency in using WhatsApp, Google Maps, and other smartphone applications.
