Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive literature searches and develop systematic literature reviews (SLR) for peer‑reviewed journals.
- Write, edit, and format research manuscripts, conference papers, and technical reports according to the standards of targeted journals.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure accurate representation of core concepts and methodology.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and present findings in clear visualizations.
- Manage the end‑to‑end publication process, including manuscript submission, revision cycles, and correspondence with journal editors.
- Maintain a database of ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Assist senior consultants in designing research proposals, grant applications, and project budgets.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of emerging research trends, open‑access policies, and citation management tools.
- Uphold the highest standards of academic integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all research activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; candidates with a master’s (S2) or doctorate (S3) are strongly preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in academic writing, research assistance, or journal editing.
- Solid understanding of core and compulsory subjects across a wide range of majors (e.g., engineering, pharmacy, visual communication, urban planning, medicine, language studies).
- Proven ability to produce high‑quality research papers, systematic literature reviews, and data‑driven reports.
- Familiarity with publishing platforms and the peer‑review process; experience publishing in indexed journals is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with competency in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, including statistical testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
