Introduction
AmarthaLink, a leading fintech platform dedicated to empowering micro‑entrepreneurs across Indonesia, is seeking an energetic Agent Partner Sales Acquisition professional for the Tanjung Jabung region. This role is pivotal in expanding our network of local agents who will promote AmarthaLink’s suite of digital financial services, including micro‑loans, savings, and payment solutions. The successful candidate will combine strong sales instincts with a passion for community development, helping to bridge the gap between technology and underserved markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new agents in accordance with monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
- Conduct engaging presentations and workshops to educate prospective agents about AmarthaLink’s value proposition, service mechanisms, and compliance requirements.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing agents, ensuring high satisfaction levels and smooth operational workflows.
- Provide hands‑on training and ongoing support for agents on the use of AmarthaLink’s system, product portfolio, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor agents’ transaction volumes, repayment rates, and overall performance, intervening proactively to address any issues.
- Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and demographic data to formulate strategic plans for agent network expansion.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on acquisition progress, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—marketing, product, and compliance—to align agent activities with broader business objectives.
- Travel within the assigned territory on a daily basis, visiting potential and current agents to maintain a visible and supportive presence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or equivalent.
- At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition, preferably in PPOB, SaaS, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong familiarity with the Tanjung Jabung area and local business culture.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and a valid SIM C; willingness to work in the field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on ethical sales practices.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and execute strategic plans.
- Flexible schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend events as needed.
