Introduction

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an energetic Sales Associate – Customer Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Bangko region. This front‑line position is based at our partner retail outlets, both in street‑level locations and malls, where you will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in Home Credit financing solutions. The role offers a full‑time schedule from Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, and is ideal for individuals who thrive on communication, enjoy helping people make smart financial decisions, and are eager to grow within a fast‑moving consumer finance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell Home Credit payment products to shoppers at partner outlets, ensuring clear explanation of terms, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
  • Guide customers through the application and payment process, providing personalized assistance and answering any questions to foster trust and satisfaction.
  • Leverage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to create engaging content that highlights financing options, special promotions, and success stories, thereby expanding brand awareness.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales area, including product displays, brochures, and digital signage, to attract foot traffic and facilitate quick information access.
  • Collect and record accurate customer data in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with data‑privacy regulations and enabling follow‑up marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with outlet managers and Home Credit field representatives to coordinate promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and training sessions.
  • Monitor daily sales targets, track incentive progress, and provide regular performance reports to the regional supervisor.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Home Credit product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) equivalent; candidates with prior retail or sales experience are preferred.
  • Age 35 or younger, with a professional demeanor and a polished appearance.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a simple, friendly manner.
  • Proven adaptability, problem‑solving attitude, and a passion for meeting sales challenges head‑on.
  • Ownership of an Android smartphone for on‑the‑job social‑media activities and mobile CRM access.
  • Willingness to be stationed at Home Credit partner outlets in Bangko and surrounding areas, whether in street‑level shops or mall locations.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and point‑of‑sale systems.
