Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers by promoting Amartha’s loan programs and explaining their benefits.
- Conduct in‑depth household economic assessments, gathering data on income, expenses, and financial goals.
- Perform field surveys and feasibility analyses on loan applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies, risk‑based procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare comprehensive recommendation reports for the financing committee, highlighting risk factors and repayment capacity.
- Accompany members to weekly meetings, monitor repayment behavior, and facilitate any necessary service transactions.
- Maintain accurate field records, update the CRM system, and provide regular status reports to the regional manager.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including credit, operations, and product development—to continuously improve service delivery.
- Participate in community events and local networking activities to raise Amartha’s brand awareness.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) are strongly preferred.
- Age limit: Up to 33 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Zero to several years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Possession of a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle for daily field visits.
- Willingness to work primarily in the field and travel across the Cilacap region, with occasional assignments to other Amartha branches nationwide.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with rural households.
- Strong analytical mindset for evaluating creditworthiness and financial viability.
- Flexibility to reside in company‑provided mess housing (optional) during intensive field periods.
- Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools and familiarity with mobile data collection applications is a plus.
