Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Staff Finance Syariah to join our growing team in Ciputat, serving the greater Jabodetabek area. This entry‑level position offers a unique blend of finance, sales, and digital marketing responsibilities within the thriving travel and pilgrimage (Haji & Umrah) sector. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate excellent communication skills while supporting our partners and internal teams in delivering compliant, customer‑focused financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) agreements with travel agencies and Umrah operators, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Act as the primary liaison between our organization, travel partners, and internal sections to guarantee clear understanding of products, programs, and pricing structures.
- Coordinate with the Section Head at the branch to align sales targets, marketing initiatives, and compliance requirements.
- Educate travel partners on the correct procedures for independent purchase order (PO) entry, leveraging both online platforms and manual processes.
- Support the development of digital sales channels by learning and applying basic online marketing techniques.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as partnership activation rates, sales volume, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing financial documentation that complies with Sharia‑compliant standards, including invoicing, reconciliations, and audit trails.
- Provide timely feedback to product development teams based on partner insights and market trends.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and field visits to strengthen relationships with travel agents and community groups.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Educational background: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent; no higher degree required.
- Valid motorbike and active SIM C driving license.
- Proficiency in using Android smartphones and active mobile number for communication.
- Strong desire to learn about online sales, digital marketing, and the travel‑pilgrimage industry.
- Sales‑oriented mindset with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Existing network or relationships within the Travel, Haji, and Umrah sector is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
- High level of integrity, resilience, persistence, and a “never give up” attitude.
