Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Canvassing Sales Representative – Digital Advertising to join our fast‑growing digital marketing team. This role focuses on promoting our mobile‑operator‑based advertising solutions to small and medium‑size enterprises (SMEs), retail shops, and micro‑businesses (UMKM). If you thrive in a dynamic, field‑oriented environment and enjoy helping businesses expand their reach through SMS and push‑notification campaigns, this position is an excellent fit.

Our digital ad platform enables brands such as Starbucks, MaxCoffee, and W*ngstop to deliver targeted promotions directly to consumers via carrier‑level messaging. As a front‑line ambassador, you will be instrumental in driving adoption, educating clients on the value of mobile advertising, and achieving measurable sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on‑site visits to retail stores, merchants, and UMKM partners to present our digital advertising services.
  • Explain the mechanics and benefits of SMS and push‑notification campaigns, tailoring the pitch to each client’s industry and marketing objectives.
  • Guide customers through the registration and activation process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into active advertisers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings and relay feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including performance reporting and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Document all client interactions and update the CRM system accurately.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional materials and sales scripts.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in field sales, canvassing, or direct sales, preferably in digital media or telecommunications.
  • Strong communication skills, confident presentation style, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
  • Possession of a personal smartphone (Android or iOS) for demo purposes and on‑the‑go connectivity.
  • Willingness to work in a mobile and hybrid environment, including travel to client locations across the region.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem‑solving ability, and a customer‑centric approach.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
