Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport goods using a personal motorcycle, following the most efficient routes while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Inspect each consignment before departure and after delivery to confirm that items are intact, correctly labeled, and match the accompanying documentation.
- Assist with loading and unloading activities at both the warehouse and the delivery point, ensuring safe handling of fragile or high‑value items.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, record mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
- Submit daily activity reports through the company’s mobile application, providing real‑time updates on delivery status.
- Communicate proactively with the dispatch team to report delays, address customer inquiries, and request assistance when needed.
- Perform routine checks on your motorcycle (tires, brakes, lights, oil level) to guarantee it remains road‑worthy throughout the employment period.
- Participate in periodic safety briefings and training sessions aimed at improving logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑45 years, with no upper limit on years of experience; fresh candidates are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Own a well‑maintained motorcycle that meets the company’s safety standards.
- Possess a functional Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM to run the delivery app.
- Reside within or be willing to relocate to the designated service area in Oku Timur.
- Strong sense of time management, reliability, and a customer‑oriented attitude.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian; ability to read and understand delivery manifests.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading tasks and to ride for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently while staying connected to the central dispatch.
