Introduction

We are expanding our production floor and are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Operator Produksi – Unit Manufaktur. This entry‑level position offers a hands‑on learning environment where you will contribute directly to the creation of high‑quality products while developing technical skills that are highly valued in Indonesia’s manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, manual lathes, and milling equipment according to production orders and engineering drawings.
- Perform basic welding tasks (MIG/TIG) and assist skilled welders in assembling metal components.
- Measure, cut, and shape wooden parts using saws, routers, and precision measuring tools, ensuring tolerances are within specification.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to 5S workplace methodology.
- Report equipment malfunctions promptly and assist the maintenance team with routine checks.
- Follow all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and participate in regular safety briefings.
- Document production data, material usage, and any deviations in the manufacturing execution system.
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow operators to meet daily production targets and continuously improve workflow efficiency.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training programs to acquire new technical skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (preferred majors: TPM, TKR, BKP, TSM, TITL, TKJ).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience required.
- Male candidates only, aged 18‑24 years.
- Must not wear glasses, have tattoos, or body piercings that could interfere with safety equipment.
- Must not be currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Completed at least two doses of COVID‑19 vaccination.
- Immediate availability to start work in Semarang.
- Technical skills: basic CNC operation, welding fundamentals, wood measurement and cutting.
- Soft skills: strong willingness to learn, quick adaptability to new tools and processes, good teamwork, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
