Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate service to all customers, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to the outlet’s standards, maintaining hygiene and safety protocols.
- Handle cash transactions, process orders through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages or equipment issues to the manager.
- Collaborate closely with teammates, offering support during peak periods and stepping in to cover other stations as needed.
- Uphold the outlet’s brand standards by following uniform guidelines, grooming policies, and customer service procedures.
Requirements
- Age: maximum 30 years old.
- Education: minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the food‑and‑beverage (F&B) sector is preferred, though we welcome motivated newcomers.
- Strong work ethic: hard‑working, honest, and able to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
- Possession of a personal vehicle for reliable transportation to and from the outlet.
- Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during the Lebaran period.
- Basic proficiency with a store management system or POS software is a plus.
