Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive – Corporate to join our fast‑growing commercial team. This position plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing high‑value corporate accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. The role is based in our Jakarta office, with a standard work week from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives and market positioning.
  • Develop and execute detailed sales plans to achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after‑sales support.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation (AR, BAST, shipping orders, sales reports) in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key corporate customers to foster loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for after‑sales service handovers, ensuring service standards are met and customer issues are resolved promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and influence product enhancements.
  • Prepare regular performance dashboards and present insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience in a corporate or B2B setting, preferably within the technology, industrial, or services sector.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess competition, understand customer pain points, and develop winning sales strategies.
  • Excellent external communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to present complex proposals clearly.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing sales administration, including accounts receivable, order processing, and reporting.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
