Introduction
The Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) position is based in Lhokseumawe – Samudera Baru and plays a critical role in the company’s credit management and recovery operations. As a member of the collection team, you will be responsible for overseeing overdue accounts receivable (A/R), conducting field visits to customers, and supporting branch offices in handling problematic partners. This role offers a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to develop expertise in the multifinance industry while contributing directly to the company’s financial health.
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure timely execution of A/R overdue collection activities, adhering to internal policies and legal regulations.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers for debt collection, establishing rapport and negotiating payment arrangements.
- Assist branch offices in the identification, assessment, and resolution of problematic partners, providing actionable recommendations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management, tracking performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Execute the retrieval of assets or units from customers who default on their obligations, coordinating with legal and security teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on collection status, outstanding balances, and risk exposure for review by the finance department.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce delinquency rates.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in credit risk management.
Requirements
- Education: Open to candidates of any educational background; a high school diploma is the minimum.
- Age: Minimum 18 years, maximum 65 years.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of multifinance business processes, credit monitoring, debt collection, and basic financial documentation.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, negotiation talent, high integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Additional Qualifications: Possession of an SPPI (Surat Pengantar Pekerja Independen) card is a plus but not mandatory.
- Work Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Other Requirements: Ability to travel locally for customer visits and to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
