Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks, including espresso‑based beverages, latte art, and specialty teas, while adhering to standardized recipes.
- Take customer orders accurately, suggest menu items, and answer questions about ingredients and preparation methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service counter, espresso machines, grinders, and all equipment through regular sanitation procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct daily stock checks, and communicate shortages to the store manager for timely replenishment.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve coffee‑making techniques, customer service skills, and product knowledge.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper storage of perishable items.
- Provide exceptional service on weekends, public holidays, and during rotating shift schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 25 years (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Residence close to the store location or willingness to commute.

- Strong personal attributes: active, quick‑thinking, initiative‑driven, highly dedicated, honest, polite, and well‑groomed.
