Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic Koordinator Penjualan Telepon to join our growing team in Yogyakarta. The role is pivotal in driving outbound sales, managing a tele‑marketing crew, and ensuring that our banking‑related products reach the right customers at the right time. This full‑time position offers a structured work week with the possibility of Saturday work when targets have not yet been met, providing a clear performance‑based environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of tele‑marketing agents, setting daily call targets and monitoring performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and execute outbound call scripts that are persuasive, compliant with banking regulations, and tailored to different customer segments.
- Analyze call data and sales reports to identify trends, optimize outreach strategies, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions are logged and follow‑up tasks are scheduled.
- Coordinate with the marketing and product development departments to align tele‑sales campaigns with new product launches and promotional offers.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve agents’ communication skills, objection handling, and product knowledge.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex sales negotiations, turning challenges into conversion opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards, highlighting achievements, shortfalls, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy standards, and banking industry regulations throughout all tele‑sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Communications, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or banking‑related sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling abilities; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, generate reports, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Target‑oriented attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and coaching skills.
- Willingness to be placed in Yogyakarta and to work Monday‑Friday, with optional Saturday shifts when targets are not yet achieved.
