Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Remedial to join our collection team in the Martapura region of Kalimantan. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue accounts (A/R Overdue) while upholding the highest standards of integrity, customer service, and compliance. The successful candidate will work across multiple branch locations, tailoring efforts to local market conditions and supporting the broader financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue receivables, ensuring deadlines are met and cash flow targets are achieved.
- Conduct regular credit monitoring and risk assessments to identify potential delinquencies early.
- Communicate proactively with borrowers to negotiate repayment plans, resolve disputes, and maintain positive relationships.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to senior management, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the loan underwriting and sales teams to understand the full lifecycle of each credit product and improve collection strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system, documenting all contacts, promises to pay, and settlement agreements.
- Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures for the collection department.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on regulatory changes, negotiation techniques, and data analytics.
- Support branch managers in implementing localized collection initiatives that align with regional economic conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or diploma) in any discipline; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
- Male candidates only, as stipulated by the current posting requirements.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or collections; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- Demonstrated understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong target‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to be placed in any of the following locations based on domicile: Singkawang, Pontianak, Sintang, Pangkalan Bun, Sampit, Palangkaraya, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Samarinda, or Tarakan.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
