As an Account Executive, you will be the face of our brand, promoting our Wi‑Fi products, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from the first contact to ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our Wi‑Fi and broadband packages to residential and small‑business customers.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations, explain technical features in layman’s terms, and tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting results and forecasting future performance.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, technical support, and installation teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
- Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for product improvement.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and handle any objections with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Age: Up to 45 years old (maximum 40 years preferred for this position).

- Possession of an Android smartphone and a valid motorcycle for on‑site visits.
- Proven sales experience is advantageous, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
