Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are accurate and supported by appropriate documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate tax filings, including income tax, VAT, and other statutory obligations.
- Support internal and external audit processes by supplying required schedules and explanations.
- Develop and improve internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—procurement, sales, and operations—to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, to create financial models, dashboards, and reports for strategic decision‑making.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing accurate assumptions and tracking performance against targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements and automation opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or a closely related field.
- Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with up to a few years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization).
- Fundamental understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical mindset, high level of honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Valid motorcycle driver’s license and ability to operate a motorcycle for occasional site visits or errands.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
