Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and highlighting daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking in with guests to confirm satisfaction.
- Process payments using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and digital transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including table settings, condiment stations, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery.
- Upsell complementary items such as desserts, beverages, and promotional offers to increase average check value.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory counts, stock replenishment, and sanitation checks.
- Continuously improve service standards by participating in training sessions and team briefings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No strict upper limit, but candidates should be 25 years old or younger at the time of hiring.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of prior experience in a café, restaurant, or similar customer‑service role.
- Polished personal appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Strong work ethic: reliable, disciplined, honest, and eager to learn.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast‑moving environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or supplies as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on schedule requirements.
- Location: Must be willing to be placed in Kediri and commute reliably.
