Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Tim Pengelolaan dan Pelayanan Apotek to join our dynamic pharmacy team. Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and dispense prescription medications in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal SOPs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers to replenish medicines and medical supplies.
- Provide clear and empathetic counseling to patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence strategies.
- Assist in processing insurance claims, handling billing inquiries, and ensuring proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Operate pharmacy software systems for prescription entry, labeling, and inventory tracking.
- Support the pharmacy manager in preparing the monthly report on sales, inventory turnover, and key performance indicators.
- Participate in shift rotations, covering both daytime and evening hours from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 17:00).
- Uphold strict confidentiality and comply with all local health regulations, including the management of controlled substances.
- Engage in continuous learning by attending training sessions, workshops, and industry seminars to stay current with pharmaceutical advancements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Pharmacy (SMK, D3, or S1).
- For D3 graduates: possession of STRTTK (Pharmacy Practice Certificate) and readiness to obtain SIP (Pharmacy License).
- Maximum age: 25 years.
- Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends.
- Excellent communication skills; friendly, honest, and responsible demeanor.
- Strong interest in personal and professional growth within customer service and pharmaceutical care.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with pharmacy management software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
