Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Admin Gudang Srengseng to join our dynamic logistics team in West Jakarta. This full‑time position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, supporting driver coordination, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with a solid grasp of Excel functions and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks in the warehouse, including filing, data entry, and documentation management.
- Print and distribute driver waybills (surat jalan) to ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
- Convert sales orders (SO) to “on delivery” status and track progress through the system.
- Compile daily driver trip summaries for the dispatch report and produce a daily recap of activities.
- Update basket quantities in the Asset Tracker, coordinating transfers from warehouse to hub locations.
- Monitor and control the driver tower, addressing any exceptions or delays promptly.
- Manage inbound and outbound processes, including receipt of goods, verification of quantities, and proper labeling.
- Enter new inventory items into the warehouse management system with accurate product codes and descriptions.
- Conduct regular stock‑taking (stock opname) calculations and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline workflow, suggest process improvements, and support peak‑period demands.
- Provide clear communication between warehouse staff, drivers, and the central office, ensuring all parties are informed of schedule changes.
Requirements
- Male or female, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration or a related logistics role.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) to meet operational needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Prior experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or asset tracking tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
