Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify all financial transactions, ensuring that journal entries are properly recorded in the general ledger.
- Maintain up‑to‑date tax records, cross‑checking data to guarantee compliance with local regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
- Prepare periodic financial analysis reports, including variance analysis, profit‑and‑loss statements, and balance‑sheet summaries for senior management.
- Develop cash‑flow projections, monitor actual inflows and outflows, and present comparative analyses to support strategic budgeting.
- Conduct internal audit activities, reviewing procedures, identifying control weaknesses, and recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinate and control payment cycles, manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and oversee petty‑cash operations.
- Collaborate with external auditors during year‑end audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
- Utilize accounting software such as Ascend, SAP, or Accurate to streamline processes and improve data integrity (experience with these systems is a strong advantage).
- Assist in the preparation of management presentations, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
- Support the finance department in ad‑hoc projects, such as process improvement initiatives and system migrations.
Requirements
- Female candidates, preferably under 30 years of age.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in accounting and tax functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and fast, accurate typing skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Demonstrated discipline, meticulousness, perseverance, loyalty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as Ascend, SAP, or Accurate is considered a valuable plus.
- Basic knowledge of Hokkien language is an additional advantage.
- Excellent analytical mindset, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
