To maintain our high standards of client service and operational excellence, we are seeking a enthusiastic Front Office Staff who will be the welcoming face of our studio, manage daily administrative tasks, and support our sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Greet every client with a warm smile, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they walk through the door.
- Handle all booking inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, maintaining an accurate and up‑to‑date class schedule.
- Assist the studio manager in coordinating class timetables, instructor assignments, and studio capacity.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and manage membership registrations and renewals with meticulous attention to detail.
- Promote the studio’s programs, special events, and seasonal offers both on‑site and through digital channels.
- Drive membership sales through proactive outreach, follow‑up calls, and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain clear, organized records of client interactions, payments, and scheduling using software such as Minbody or comparable platforms.
- Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, including preparing flyers, updating social media posts, and tracking campaign performance.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience that encourages repeat visits.
- Collaborate with instructors and the management team to continuously improve studio operations and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) in any relevant field.
- Gender: Female (as specified for this role).
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- At least 1 year of experience in a front‑desk, hospitality, or customer‑service environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and courteously.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven track record of multitasking in fast‑paced settings.
- Passion for fitness; knowledge of Pilates is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency with scheduling and membership management software (Minbody experience is a plus).
- Demonstrated sales and marketing aptitude, particularly in membership acquisition and retention.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
