Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Administrator Logistik Gudang to join our dynamic warehouse team. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of goods, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting seamless coordination between suppliers, internal departments, and customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in logistics administration, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal stock accuracy.
- Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to record inbound and outbound movements, track lot numbers, and generate real‑time inventory reports.
- Coordinate shipment schedules, arrange transportation, and oversee the receipt of goods, ensuring all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed logistics reports, including daily dispatch summaries, stock aging analyses, and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams—procurement, sales, and production—as well as external suppliers and carriers to resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes, focusing on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Support audit activities by providing accurate records, conducting spot checks, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create presentations, spreadsheets, and documentation that support decision‑making.
- Identify bottlenecks, propose process enhancements, and contribute to cost‑reduction initiatives within the logistics function.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as a warehouse or logistics administrator.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with warehouse management software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time‑management skills.
- Detail‑oriented, quick‑thinking, and responsive to changing priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a knack for data‑driven decision making.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
