Introduction

We are a rapidly expanding player in the fragrance and cosmetics industry, dedicated to delivering premium scents to a diverse market ranging from boutique retailers to small‑scale entrepreneurs (UMKM). To accelerate our growth, we are looking for enthusiastic, self‑motivated individuals to join our field sales team as Canvassing Sales Representatives. This role offers a dynamic, on‑the‑road environment where you will be the face of our brand, building relationships, driving sales, and shaping market perception.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily canvassing activities and visit retail outlets, UMKM partners, and prospective customers across assigned territories.
  • Present product portfolios, demonstrate usage, and distribute samples to showcase the unique qualities of our perfume lines.
  • Assess customer needs, recommend appropriate fragrance solutions, and tailor proposals that align with their business goals.
  • Establish and nurture long‑term relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat orders.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional offers while maintaining profitability thresholds.
  • Close sales efficiently and record each transaction accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to regional revenue objectives.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecast data, market feedback, and competitive insights.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand with integrity during all field interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; no age ceiling.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the perfume, cosmetics, or related consumer goods sector.
  • Own a motorbike and hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle license).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate product benefits persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Basic proficiency in sales administration, sales analysis, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for fragrance products.
