This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate talent records, supporting performance analysis, and coordinating recruitment efforts for on‑air personalities, influencers, and content creators. Responsibilities
- Record, verify, and update talent profiles in the central database on a weekly basis to ensure data integrity.
- Assist the Talent Manager in analyzing performance metrics such as viewership, engagement rates, and revenue‑share (“coin war”) results.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive talent performance reports, highlighting trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a well‑organized digital filing system, guaranteeing that all contracts, media assets, and compliance documents are easily retrievable.
- Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for new on‑air talent, including posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling auditions, and onboarding successful candidates.
- Monitor live‑streaming schedules and activity logs to ensure talent adhere to broadcast standards and platform guidelines.
- Compile “coin war” performance summaries and deliver actionable insights to the Talent Manager for strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align talent availability with upcoming campaigns and special events.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to talent, addressing queries related to schedules, payouts, and technical issues.
- Continuously seek process improvements to streamline data handling, reporting, and talent communication workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma / SMK or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or data management are a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in talent administration, HR, or a related field, preferably within live‑streaming, gaming, or digital media.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work accurately with large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with diverse talent personalities.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to maintain organized digital archives and databases.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) and familiarity with talent management or CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of live‑streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube Live, Twitch, TikTok Live) and the ecosystem of virtual gifts and “coin wars” is an advantage.
- Open to working Monday‑Friday, 10:00 – 18:00, with occasional flexibility for special events or urgent talent matters.
