Introduction

The Officer Kredit Marketing (Surveyor) position is based in Ciledug, serving the broader Jabodetabekser region. Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and promote the company’s credit products to both existing and prospective customers across the Jabodetabekser area.
  • Identify and secure orders from channel distribution partners, gathering initial customer data and verifying its accuracy.
  • Collect, review, and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Monitor the end‑to‑end progress of each credit application, providing regular status updates to dealers and customers.
  • Communicate credit decisions promptly, explaining approval or rejection reasons and outlining next steps.
  • Inform customers about repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional obligations they must meet.
  • Maintain a detailed log of all interactions, orders, and follow‑ups in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and risk management teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the evaluation process.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing market insights, customer feedback, and suggestions for product enhancements.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑first attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Age: 29 years or younger.
  • Gender: Male (as per current operational guidelines).
  • Work experience: 0–1 year in credit marketing, sales, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools such as spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and basic office software.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00, with occasional flexibility for customer appointments.
