Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Konsultan Penjualan Properti & KPR Jabodetabek to join our fast‑growing team. In this role you will act as the bridge between property developers, potential homebuyers, and our financing partners, driving mortgage (KPR/KPA) sales across the Greater Jakarta area. The position requires a proactive, mobile professional who thrives on building relationships, understands the nuances of the Indonesian real estate market, and can navigate the credit application process from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

  • Attend daily at the assigned developer sites to represent the company and provide on‑site consultation to prospective buyers.
  • Promote and sell mortgage products (KPR/KPA) tailored to the needs of property buyers, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with developer sales teams and independent property agents to secure a steady flow of qualified applications.
  • Collect, verify, and organize all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission.
  • Submit completed application packages to the processing unit and coordinate with senior managers for final approval.
  • Track the status of each application, communicate analysis results to borrowers and developer agents, and provide timely updates on approval timelines.
  • Identify cross‑selling opportunities for additional financial products such as insurance, loan refinancing, or home improvement financing.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports, highlighting sales figures, conversion rates, and market feedback for strategic planning.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Utilize personal vehicle for mobile work, ensuring punctuality and professional presentation at all developer locations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Age not exceeding 40 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in property sales or mortgage (KPR) banking.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for mobile assignments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to explain complex financial terms in simple language.
  • Strong customer‑orientation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail for document collection and data entry.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Gender: open to all genders.
  • Key soft skills: active listening, problem solving, relationship building, and resilience under pressure.
