We are seeking a detail‑orientated Administrator – Unit Usaha Tempe to join our finance and operations team. This role is pivotal for ensuring accurate financial recording, smooth cash‑flow management, and seamless coordination between production, sales, and human resources.

Responsibilities

  • Record all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, production costs, and miscellaneous expenses, using the company’s ERP system.
  • Enter and maintain data required for system reporting, such as:
    • Sales and inventory details for soybeans, plastic packaging, and other raw materials.
    • Production output and related cost allocations.
    • Cash‑flow statements and bank reconciliation.
    • Payroll components and employee benefit calculations.
    • Invoice follow‑up and accounts receivable monitoring.
  • Prepare and submit loan applications, supporting documentation, and repayment schedules to financial institutions.
  • Perform daily bank‑account mutasi checks to verify cash balances and flag discrepancies.
  • Generate weekly profit‑and‑loss statements and provide senior management with actionable insights.
  • Compile and process employee payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system—both physical and digital—for all financial and operational records related to the tempeh unit.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Collaborate closely with the production, sales, and logistics teams to align financial data with operational realities.
  • Undertake any additional tasks assigned by supervisors, including special projects, audit preparations, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in an accounting or financial administration role, preferably within a manufacturing or food‑processing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles, journal entries, and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent numerical aptitude and ability to perform accurate calculations under pressure.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, with a proactive and initiative‑driven mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to data integrity.
