Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high‑quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
- Conceptualize and produce eye‑catching graphics, thumbnails, and animated assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all digital platforms by adhering to style guides and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to develop content strategies that boost engagement and drive conversions.
- Manage the end‑to‑end production workflow, from storyboarding and location scouting to post‑production polishing and final delivery.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends in videography, photography, and digital design, recommending new tools or techniques that can improve efficiency and creativity.
- Organize and archive all raw footage, edited files, and graphic assets for easy retrieval and future reuse.
- Provide constructive feedback during creative brainstorming sessions and support junior team members in skill development.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of professional experience as a videographer or multimedia specialist.
- Strong understanding of video‑shooting fundamentals – composition, angle, lighting, framing, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or comparable tools.
- Competence in graphic‑design applications including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
- Creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
