Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Akuisisi professional who can drive agent acquisition, nurture relationships, and ensure seamless operational support for our partners. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in sales, a passion for community development, and a knack for turning prospects into long‑term collaborators.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new AmarthaLink agents to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct outreach, socialisation, and educational sessions that clearly communicate the benefits, features, and workflow of the AmarthaLink service.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing agents, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Provide on‑site training and ongoing support covering system usage, product knowledge, and best‑practice sales techniques.
  • Monitor agent transaction volumes and performance metrics, intervening promptly to resolve issues and optimise results.
  • Analyse market potential within the assigned territory, identify untapped segments, and develop strategic plans to expand the agent base.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports detailing acquisition activities, sales figures, agent performance, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with local merchants.
  • Utilise MS Excel or Google Sheets to track leads, pipeline stages, and forecast future sales outcomes.
  • Travel within the Ogan Ilir area on a regular basis, using a personal motorbike and a valid SIM C license to attend meetings, trainings, and field inspections.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecom, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable with CRM tools and basic data analysis.
  • Mobility: Own a two‑wheel vehicle (motorbike) and hold a valid SIM C; ready for field work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication etiquette, persuasive selling ability, problem‑solving mindset, and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Personal Traits: Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, able to work independently yet collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
