Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough administrative audits to ensure all project documentation complies with Qando Qoaching’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of coaching programs, tracking key metrics such as participant satisfaction, learning outcomes, and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including consulting, training, operations, and finance—to align workflows, share insights, and support seamless project execution.
- Gather field data, analyze trends, and generate actionable recommendations for program improvement and client‑specific solutions.
- Prepare clear, visually compelling reports and presentations using Google Slides, Canva, and Microsoft Office tools, translating complex data into understandable insights for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Assist in the design and customization of training materials, ensuring they reflect the latest best practices in leadership and cultural development.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date repository of project files, dashboards, and performance indicators within Google Drive and Sheets for easy access by the team.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting analysis findings in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, and respond professionally to client inquiries.
- Travel to client sites across Indonesia as required, providing on‑site support and gathering first‑hand feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support the team in meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; degrees in Administration, Management, Psychology, or related fields are preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of professional experience in HR, consulting, or management—experience in a training or consultancy setting is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose evidence‑based solutions.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office; advanced skills in Canva for creating engaging visual content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities, comfortable working with small and large groups across different functional areas.
- High adaptability and resilience, able to navigate changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
