Responsibilities
- Assist the production crew in setting up equipment, props, and set dressing for shoots.
- Coordinate with directors, camera operators, and lighting technicians to ensure smooth daily workflows.
- Maintain detailed production logs, call sheets, and daily reports to track progress and identify any issues.
- Support the logistics team by organizing transport, catering, and on‑set safety measures.
- Handle basic editing tasks, such as ingesting footage, labeling clips, and preparing rough cuts under supervision.
- Participate actively in three‑day intensive training sessions covering studio etiquette, equipment handling, and basic post‑production software.
- Monitor inventory of production supplies and report shortages to the procurement officer.
- Provide courteous assistance to talent and guests, ensuring a professional and respectful environment, especially in alignment with cultural considerations such as modest dress codes.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn new techniques, from lighting setups to sound recording, and share insights with peers.
Requirements
