Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell Home Credit payment products to customers visiting partner retail outlets.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of financing options, guiding customers through the application and approval process.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to capture leads, update sales records, and engage customers via social media platforms.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance that reflects the Home Credit brand standards.
- Provide accurate information, answer inquiries, and resolve any concerns to ensure a seamless payment experience.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and fellow associates to meet daily sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and performance reviews.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including conversion rates, incentive earnings, and customer feedback.
- Support promotional campaigns by distributing marketing materials and conducting on‑site product demonstrations.
- Adhere to all compliance, data‑privacy, and ethical standards set by Home Credit Indonesia.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- Age limit: 40 years or younger.

- Basic digital literacy, especially with social media platforms, to promote financing products online.
