Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dosen Tetap (Full‑time Lecturer) for the Program Studi Hukum Bisnis (Business Law Study Program). The role involves both classroom instruction and scholarly activities, providing a balanced blend of teaching, curriculum design, research, and administrative support. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00, allowing for interaction with students during peak learning periods and facilitating collaboration with fellow faculty members.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality lectures, seminars, and workshops for undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Law.
- Design and continuously update the Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS), teaching materials, assignments, and assessment tools to align with current legal standards and industry practices.
- Guide and mentor students through academic advising, research projects, and internship placements, ensuring their professional growth.
- Conduct original research, publish articles in reputable journals, and present findings at national and international conferences.
- Engage in community service and legal outreach programs, applying scholarly expertise to solve real‑world business law challenges.
- Participate actively in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and quality‑assurance activities that support the university’s Tri Dharma mission (education, research, and community service).
- Support administrative tasks for the Business Law Study Program and the Faculty of Law, including committee work, report preparation, and coordination of academic events.
- Utilize digital learning platforms, learning management systems, and other ICT tools to enhance remote and blended learning experiences.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Program Head, Faculty Dean, or University leadership in line with institutional goals.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Master’s degree (S2) in Law, with a specialization or strong interest in Business Law.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience; prior teaching experience at the university level is highly valued, though fresh graduates with strong academic records are also considered.
- Teaching Competence: Proven ability to design curricula, prepare RPS, develop learning modules, and assess student performance effectively.
- Research & Publication: Basic competence in conducting scholarly research, writing scientific articles, and contributing to community service projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers, e‑learning platforms, and communication tools for online instruction.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and the capacity to inspire and motivate students.
- Other: Willingness to assist with program and faculty administration, and to adhere to the university’s academic and ethical standards.
