Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, cutting, marinating, and portioning according to recipe specifications.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as blenders, food processors, ovens, and steamers safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work stations are kept clean, organized, and sanitized before, during, and after service.
- Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines to prevent cross‑contamination and ensure compliance with local health regulations.
- Support the cooking team by fetching supplies, restocking stations, and handling basic cooking tasks under supervision.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and report shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Participate in daily briefings, understand menu changes, and adapt quickly to special requests or high‑volume periods.
- Maintain punctual attendance and adhere to the established work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Demonstrate honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility in all tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with both male and female colleagues, fostering a respectful and inclusive team atmosphere.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required – entry level).
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate clearly.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly reliable.
- Basic knowledge of operating kitchen equipment and willingness to learn advanced techniques.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle lifting of moderate loads.
- Flexibility to work on weekends (Saturday) and adapt to occasional overtime during peak periods.
