Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Sales – Customer Relations & Order Support to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment and enjoys building lasting relationships with customers. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between our sales department, the marketplace, and the end‑user, ensuring smooth order processing, insightful market analysis, and the delivery of exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate product information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Process sales orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with logistics, inventory, and finance teams to guarantee timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all interactions and transaction details are logged accurately.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as order volume, conversion rates, and average order value.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and special offers that align with sales targets.
  • Provide training and support to junior sales staff, sharing best practices in customer communication and order handling.
  • Monitor inventory levels and alert purchasing when stock thresholds are reached, helping to prevent stock‑outs and back‑orders.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgeting activities, ensuring realistic and data‑driven targets.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvement and sharing success stories.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or order support, preferably within the fashion or retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports, market data, and consumer behavior trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • High level of integrity, result‑orientation, and self‑initiative; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and basic data visualization tools.
  • Female candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational requirements.
  • Flexibility to work a shift schedule from Monday to Sunday, 09:30 – 22:00, including occasional weekend or holiday coverage.
